What a wonderful trip it has been.

This will be my last post on the blog, but I wanted to give every one of our readers a special treat. Peter and I have spent 3 weeks having some of the most fun of our lives. We met a lot of friends, experienced a lot of culture, and in general, just whooped it up. Since our return from the trip.... Pete has been working like mad posting on his facebook many of the pictures that didn't make it into our blog. Not surprising, there was a lot of good ones that had initially been rejected due to the limitation of blog space.

The other day, I was looking through some of the rejected pictures... the ones that did not make the blog, and still didn't make the facebook gallery. I discovered one that was taken in Vegas that embodies the true nature of the city, and demonstrates Pete's willingness to immerse himself in local culture, despite his natural reservations.

Thank you everyone for sharing this trip with us. Your comments and email made even the slowest parts of this adventure interesting. To those who were actively involved in the trip, be it in planning, or participating, we thank you for all your efforts. So many people worked to make this trip possible, yet it was Peter and I that reaped the rewards. Thank you everyone.
